Soft Robotics
Due to their flexible bodies, soft robots have many advantages compared to conventional robots, such as efficient locomotion in complex environments and safe interaction with humans. Our group designed many kinds of soft robotics, as following (e.g.):

Smart/Intelligent surface
External stimulation causes the physical and chemical characteristics of the material surface to undergo a reversible metamorphosis, which is known as smart surface. Our group designed many kinds of smart surface, as following (e.g.):
A smart surface that can flip between hydrophilic and hydrophobic properties.
