Ahmad Naveed, currently serving as an associate Professor at School of Material Science and Engineering, Jiangsu University. I have accomplished my Master of Science and Master of Philosophy in Chemistry degrees from Quaid-i-Azam University, Islamabad, Pakistan, the leading Science university in the country. Later, studied my Doctoral degree under the supervision of Prof. Jiulin Wang, among the pioneers of Li-S battery technology and a leading expert in Li and Zn batteries from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Shanghai, China. In my doctoral degree i have been awarded with excellent graduate of 2019 SJTU class. During post doctoral studies under the supervision of Prof. jiulin Wang and Prof. Yunjian Liu, respectively i have won International exchange Project for postdocs and Jiangsu province Excellent Postdoc project, respectively. I am mainly engaged in research on protection of Zn metal anode for rechargeable Zinc batteries, especially designing newer safer electrolytes, Zn anode protection. I have won the NSFC project as Research Fund for International Scientists RFIS as a principal Investigator and published more than 60 high-quality SCI articles in well reputed journals like Advanced Materials, Advanced Functional Materials, Angwenthe chemie, Energy storage materials, Nano Energy etc.
