Wang Chengquan, a native of Yantai, Shandong Province, is a doctor, professor and supervisor of master students. In June 2016, he graduated from the Jiangsu University and the bioengineering with a Ph. D. in food science and engineering. Postdoctoral research in the Department of Chemical and biomolecular engineering at Georgia Institute of Technology from 2017 to 2019.
The main research direction is the preparation of nano-bioprobe and its application in food quality and safety monitoring. It has published 16 research papers in such international journals as ACS Applied Materials & Interfaces, Biosensors and Bioelectronics, Journal of Materials Chemistry A, Sensors and Actuators B, Analytica Chimica Acta, Analyst, etc.
To preside over the completion of one innovation project in Jiangsu Province, one National Natural Science Fund project with the second participant, two national natural science fund projects with the second participant, and one major natural science research project in Jiangsu Province, one Project of Natural Science Foundation of Jiangsu Province.
To compile a national "Twelfth five-year plan" textbook by deputy chief editor. Mathematical Contest in Modeling won the provincial second prize once and the third prize many times. In 2016, receiving excellent doctoral dissertation from the Jiangsu University, and in 2019, she was the main speaker of the excellent English course for foreign students in Jiangsu Province. He represented Jiangsu University in the First National Graduate Student Mathematical Contest in Modeling and won the First National Prize.
