陈自卫讲师

陈自卫，男，汉族，中共党员。2015年9月至2022年12月在江南大学食品学院获食品工程硕士学位和食品工程与科学博士学位；博士期间赴加拿大不列颠哥伦比亚大学蛋白工程卓越中心实验室，在主要从事糖酶催化机制研究的Stephen G. Withers 教授（加拿大皇家学会院士，英国皇家学会院士）团队进行联合培养；硕博期间多次获得社会奖学金（康师傅、康尔达、翼邦、维他奶），硕士国家奖学金和江南大学优秀硕士论文。2023年1月入职江苏大学食品与生物工程学院，现为生物技术系讲师、硕士生导师。主讲课程有《酶工程》、《微生物学》和《代谢工程》；研究方向为食品生物技术、食品酶工程、代谢工程、合成生物学，主要集中于食品酶资源挖掘、催化机理解析和...
