Amjad Ali is an associate Professor at the School of Material Science and Engineering at Jiangsu University. I completed my PhD Doctoral degree in Polymer Chemistry at MOE Key Laboratory of Macromolecular Synthesis and Functionalization, Department of Polymer Science and Engineering,  Zhejiang  University,  China in July 2020 under the supervision of Prof. Fan Zhiqiang. Later, joining my postdoctoral research at the School of Material Science and Engineering, at Jiangsu University, under the supervision of Professor Guo Li. After spending two years of postdoctoral research at Jiangsu University, work as an assistant professor at the Department of Chemistry at the University of Silesia, Katowice, Poland.  

My research interests include organic synthesis, catalysis in polymer synthesis (homogeneous metallocene, heterogeneous Ziegler-Natta, and α-diimine Ni (II) catalyst systems), Olefin polymerization and functionalization, biodegradable polymeric materials Kinetic and Mechanistic Studies. Dr. Amjad Ali published 87 high-quality SCI articles in well-reputed journals.
