Profile:

刘军林，研究员（二级），博士生导师。曾长期从事硅衬底高光效GaN基发光材料与器件研究工作，相关成果获2015年度国家技术发明一等奖（个人排第二）、2020年度江西省科技进步一等奖、2022年度江西省自然科学特等奖、2017年度全球半导体照明年度新闻奖。荣获“全国五一劳动奖章”，享受国务院政府特殊津贴，入选国家重大人才项目领军人才、科技部中青年科技创新领军人才、全国万名优秀创新创业导师、江苏特聘教授，曾任国家硅基LED工程技术研究中心常务副主任、教育部发光材料与器件工程研究中心主任。主持国家重点研发计划项目、国家科技支撑计划项目、国家自然科学基金重点项目、江苏省双创团队等多项科研项目。发表学术论文80余篇，申请发明专利80余项。目前研发方向为半导体光电材料与器件。
