甘淑媛，女，籍贯广西。江苏大学机械工程学院副教授，硕士研究生导师。中国运筹学会可靠性分会理事，中国现场统计研究会可靠性工程分会理事，国家自然科学基金函评专家，担任Reliability Engineering & System Safety, Mechanical Systems and Signal Processing，Computer and Industrial Engineering，Engineering Applications of Artificial Intelligence等期刊审稿人。
